Wesklofiya provides DOT drug testing specimen collection and non-DOT drug testing specimen collection for employers, fleets, and DOT-regulated workers. Opening October 19, 2026 — our new clinic is at 8005 Plainfield Rd, Ste 23, Cincinnati, Ohio 45236. Donors can walk in once we open.

We collect specimens for employers and fleets that need DOT and non-DOT drug testing:
Commercial motor vehicles (CDL)
DOT drug testing specimen collection for CDL drivers and fleets.
Aviation (FAA)
DOT drug testing specimen collection for aviation personnel.
Railroad (FRA) & public (FTA)
DOT drug testing specimen collection for railroad and public transportation workers.
How we work
We provide DOT and non-DOT drug testing specimen collection. Walk into our office once we open, or book a mobile collection by appointment.
